Creating options for Davidsons Homes

Davidsons Homes is a Leicestershire housebuilder that has been providing quality homes at affordable prices across the Midlands for many years.

It built more than 700 homes last year and has ambitious plans to expand regionally over the next few years.

Davidsons is a family run business set up by David Wilson in 2009, after he sold Wilson Bowden to Barratt in 2007. With a head office in Ibstock and sites across the East Midlands, its focus is on building quality new homes which are right for its customers and the surrounding area.

The firm takes great pride in creating exterior designs, brickwork and detailing which will be enjoyed and admired for generations to come. It is in sixth year of being awarded 5* status by Home Builders Federation.

 

A platform to give homebuyers more control

Quiet Storm has enjoyed a great working relationship with Davidsons over many years. We built its Davidsons Vision CRM system, for which we won its Consultant of the Year award earlier this year.

And we were recently tasked with creating a new online portal to help improve its customer experience for new home buyers.

Called Davidsons Options, it enables customers who have purchased a new build house to manage their choices of décor, fixtures, fittings and finishes, plus any upgrades to standard options, at their leisure, to add a personal touch to their new home.  

The new portal, which sits within Davidsons main website, also gives customers complete visibility of the progress of their build, from start to finish.

It provides a messaging service between the customer and the site and sales managers and helps customers to understand the Davidsons Homes customer journey.
