Following a major acquisition last year, Transport, Logistics and Freight Forwarding giant Norbert Dentressangle enlisted the services of Quiet Storm to handle a series of high volume, complex mailings as well as design and produce a range of supporting materials.

“During 2011 we had to share a range of information with customers, suppliers and employees right across our newly expanded business. When it comes to direct mail, we can get in to some pretty complex matrices of letter variables. Overall I think we did about a dozen concurrent mailings ranging from small to very large volumes. Quiet Storm provided us with integral support throughout the process and once again demonstrated why we have such confidence in their expertise.”
As well as the mailings they also designed and produced briefing and conference materials and information packs for our Managers’ Briefing Toolkit.
For the intricate mailing operations, accuracy was paramount so rigorous checks were implemented prior to each print run and before the letters were posted.
Quiet Storm also produced a range of materials that were used at a Managers briefing session. These were used as a toolkit for managers to cascade information to their respective teams. The Manager’s Toolkit, contained in a presentation binder, included a Q&A document, CD, briefing document and fact sheet.
Norbert Dentressangle operates in the Logistics, Transport and Freight forwarding markets. The acquisition of fellow supply chain services provider TDG consolidated its position in each of these three sectors and considerably strengthened its freight forwarding business, allowing the company to offer even more to its clients at international level.
