Stress Free Experience Projects Highly Professional Image

Event organiser George Padley explains: "As well as the clay shoot we had organised lunch, an exhibition and an auction. We needed high quality marketing materials to provide all the information guests would require before the event and on the day itself. Quiet Storm were recommended to us, they lived up to expectations and the team were great to work with. We had a clear idea on what should be included in a leaflet and a programme booklet and they offered expert guidance and showed us how we could achieve our aim. It was a stress less experience and completed quickly and efficiently.

"We were extremely pleased with the design which was replicated throughout the materials to present a strong and professional image. Guests commented on the quality of both the promotional leaflet and the event programme."

The pre-event four-page full colour A5 leaflet, featuring stunning images of Belvoir Castle and its beautiful estate, gave details on selected auction lots, the timetable for the day and dress code. Information about the charities inspired guests to participate fully in the fundraising activities. The event programme with the full auction listing was displayed in a 32-page full colour booklet which included the lunch menu, charity information, sponsor advertisements and a thank you message to those who made donations. The materials were designed by Quiet Storm and printed using in-house high quality digital printers and finishing equipment. The process is quick and cost effective even at lower quantity print runs.

Belvoir Castle, near Grantham, has been the ancestral home of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland for one thousand years and sits amidst 15,000 acres of stunning countryside in the Vale of Belvoir which includes part of the counties of Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

The existing castle was completed in the early 19th century and is the fourth to be built on the site. It is the family home of the 11th Duke and Duchess and their five children. A range of outdoor activities are offered on the estate including a partridge and pheasant shoot and course fishing. The castle and gardens are open to the public during the spring and summer and offer an impressive venue for weddings and banquets throughout the year.
